Eclipse also has the recognition and support of Microsoft Corporation in our venture for the Local Government sector. With Microsoft’s Citizen Service Platform there is now the ability to create a “whole of Local Government” solution including infrastructure, platforms, communications, mobility, classic and business software. Eclipse is well placed for success in Local Government.

A modular solution, CouncilPoint can be implemented in a phased approach to deliver against the unique requirements of Local Government. Areas such as Financials & Reporting may be implemented alongside front office functions such as CRM or Property and Rating.
