Paid Parental Leave
Eclipse's values recognize that enabling employees to fulfill their work and family responsibilities is part of a balanced life.
Therefore we have adopted a Parental Leave Policy. Eclipse's policy provides assistance for both paid and unpaid leave during this exciting new time of an employees life.
To be eligible for paid entitlements the employee would need to have acquired a minimum of 18 months service with Eclipse.
Unpaid leave entitlements will be eligible after 12 months service.
Employee Assistance Program
Eclipse and UXC appreciates and acknowledges the pressures and strains of situations that can impact on our families and work.
We therefore provide an Employee Assistance Program which is a free, voluntary and confidential counselling service for our employees and their immediate family to utilise should they feel the need.

Eclipse understands how challenging it can be to uplift yourself and family and relocate to a strange new country. From the moment that you make contact with Eclipse, we will be there with you every step of the way to ensure that you are kept informed throughout the entire process.
To assist our new employees, Eclipse have developed a Relocation Assistance Program to support this transition time.
Details of the program are tailored to the individual circumstances but could include: |

- Reimbursement of flights to Australia
- Assistance with managing Visa nominations
